Refund policy

If you are having a problem with your products or any of their accessories, we are here to help. Please contact support@vald.com or visit VALD’s support site to troubleshoot any issues with your products or accessories.

 

If you are having difficulties with a subscription product or identify a fault then please contact VALD’s support team at support@vald.com for assistance. Support and maintenance is included in your subscription (except that maintenance does not include repairs to your subscription products for faults that were caused by you, your misuse or factors outside VALD’s control).

 

Accessories that you purchase are owned by you and not maintained by VALD as part of your subscription. However, if you identify a fault with your accessory, please contact VALD’s support team at support@vald.com for assistance. Consistent with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, VALD will repair an accessory or provide a replacement or a refund if the accessory is faulty and the fault is not caused by you, your misuse or factors outside VALD’s control. 

 

VALD does not offer refunds or an exchange where you change your mind. However, if you are not satisfied, we encourage you to organise a time to speak to our customer support team for support about how to best utilise the products and accessories.
